.RESIDENTIAL GREEN DESIGN.              2011
​

Located in the Bernal Heights District, 39 Santa Marina Street resides two hard working couples. In order to change their way of living in a relaxing atmosphere they intend to move forward towards a more sustainable and ecological way of living. The ultimate challenge is working around existing objects of the area and Bernal Heights weather conditions.

.NOURISH CAFE.                                2011
​

Nourish cafe, branched from the founder Mary Jane Marcus's Global Commons social networking groups. A vision for a community affecting social exchange locally and globally. The cafe is intended to be an international coffee and tea house bringing in different cultures to inspire one another through dialogue, education, and community based on old fashion values.

.GARDEN & PATIO DESIGN.                2011
​

Located in Fremont California, this newly constructed residence is in need of a backyard remodel. Consisting of about 500 square foot in lot, it is inspired by the Japanese gardens with its use of bamboo, cherry and blossom trees.

.SURF SHOP.                                      2011
​

The beach's of Central California (Pismo Beach) inspired the concept of this project, to design a retail store with the typical San Francisco lot measuring up to a 2,500 square foot space with 30 foot ceilings. The approach was taken in a Modern style, using sleek lines and organic shapes to represent the beach's lavish setting.

.BATH DESIGN.                                  2010
​

Master Bathroom re-design with a Waterfall and Rainfall infused theme to represent a most cozy and relaxing comfort room for a couple. Represented here are renderings, material board, and construction documents.

.KNOTICE Event Booth.                            2013
​

3D renderings of a 20' x 8' booth. Designed the backwall for a co. called Knotice with people in it, lounge furniture, and an oxygen bar. Birds eye view, plan view, front view, side/angle perspectives.

.PARKMERCED/GREYSTAR Properties.      2013
​

Designed and layed-out graphics, to be print ready for these materials (Backwall, Bannerstands, Long Banner, Sidewall, Table Throws) that will be ordered for promotional purposes.

Adam's Food truck joining Chug Pub restaurant serving Adam's world famous asian fusion cuisine. Designed formal menu and small menu, along with a promotional flyer.
